Kauffman Insurance Group’s website was out-dated and not serving to generate leads for them due to poor performance and lack of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We were approached to help them redesign and build their site, with the goal of creating a community around their brand and informing their potential clients while providing a means for them to obtain leads.
Since the previous website was incomplete and lacked organization, we needed to start from scratch on this one with not much to go on. Our first task was to get an idea of the pages they needed and plan out the structure of the website.
We decided to give them a clean and professional design that showcased their product offerings. Each offering was grouped in their navigation by main category and then product as a submenu. This creates a clean and easy to use site navigation for their visitors.
A blog was also built to provide them a way to create content so that they could educate perspective clients about differences in plans and other things related to insurance. Each blog page provides an opportunity for us to target specific keywords that are relevant to an insurance product they offer. We can then use internal linking to redirect traffic through to the corresponding product and convert them to leads.
Kauffman Insurance Group now has a strong mechanism in place to build a community around their brand and educate their visitors about the differences between various types of insurance. This has allowed them to start turning their website into a lead generation mechanism.
We are currently working with them monthly to build up their organic search presence and increase their visibility.
